11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the ipo188 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall design and layout, is the property of ipo188 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Upon account termination, any remaining balance will be returned to the User after deducting any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to ipo188, unless funds are confiscated due to fraud or serious Terms violations.
